Take a deeper look inside before judging anything outside!

When our outward look, is not looking to good, I wonder what our inward look, looks like? Proverbs 27:19
Sometimes what we see on the outside, how our day is going, how our relationships are going, etc.. May truly be just a product for what is going on inside of us. We are very quick to say the day is going bad, things are going wrong. Sometimes we say this daily!

What we may need to do, is take a little deeper look inside ourselves. We may be surprised with what we find. I think more people would amaze themselves, if they took more of a personal inventory, looked more inward, than outward! Most times it is something we have failed to deal with completely. Anger, resentment, jealousy, self-centeredness!

We blame a bad day on everything except what is going on inside of us. Some days are just not as good as others, but what makes it worse may be coming from within? It takes complete honesty, and a good touch of humility to tell yourself, today, could just be a product of what is truly going on inside of me. If we worked on us as hard as we work on them, by the way it is always their fault, I wonder how differently our life and days would go?

Proverbs 27:19 says-"As in water face reflects face, so the hearts of man reflects man."

Matthew 15:18-"But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person."

Luke 6:45-"The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of his heart his mouth speaks."

So maybe, just maybe we are where we are right now, not because of what is going on around us, but what is going on inside of us? So before making any judgement call on how bad a day is, or how horrible a person is, or everything always goes wrong for me, stop, take a deeper look in yourself before making any determination on how bad your day is going.
